The Maintenance Release 3 update for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 2 for Windows (10 SP2MR3) contains fixes to ensure support for the Microsoft Windows 10 April Update (Redstone 4, version 1803) and October Update (Redstone 5, version 1809) operating systems. Please note the following features of the application update: ∙ After you install the update, you will not be able to roll it back and return to the previous application version. ∙ An update cannot be installed if incompatible private patches have been installed on your computer. The list of private patches that are compatible with the update can be found here: https://support.kaspersky.com/14426. ∙ The update can be installed only on a PC with a valid license. ∙ The full disk encryption (FDE) functionality will remain blocked until installation of the application update is complete. ∙ To complete the update on a computer that has hard drives encrypted using full disk encryption (FDE), you must restart the computer twice.
